Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Now, let's get started! Preheat your oven to 375°F 190°C. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly reduced.

Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over the top. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.

If you're feeling extra fancy, sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken and return it to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, until melted and bubbly.

And there you have it, folks! A delicious marriage chicken recipe that's sure to impress your loved one. But, what makes it truly special is the thought and care that goes into preparing it.
